Who am I?

My name is Danette Hibberd and I am an international author, speaker, NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer and a Personal Development Professional. My published works include the Fabulous Beyond Forty series How to Find the Goddess In You" and I was both fortunate and humbled to have co-authored in "The Path To Success" with other great visionaries such as Dr Wayne Dyer, Mark Victor Hansen, Jack Canfield, Brian Tracy and Arielle Ford.

What if I don't think I can write?
No problem. Almost everyone has the ability to put pen to paper or fingers to the keyboard. Our editor can reword and edit if necessary to produce a great piece. (This could incur a small fee if extended editing is required).

How many authors will be in the book?
We will be limited to a maximum of 25-30 as being a digital product, we don't want the file to be too large.

Will I be able to have any information about me and my business in the books?
Of course, at the end of your story you may include your name, your business name, your website, address and any other relevant info you want! The purpose of this product is to EXPOSE you to the world, so we make it easy for the media and potential clients and customers to contact you.

How can I tell if this is a good investment for me?
This project is a PR, marketing and promotions tool for you. With your story included in this book, you have the opportunity to be seen by hundreds of thousands of people and you also have a whole team of people promoting the books - and therefore YOU!

Once I've signed to contribute, what do I do next?
Once you've submitted your payment, you get onto writing your story to ensure it is received by me by the deadline - August 23, 2008. If your story is complete earlier, please send it it so it can be passed on for editing.

When will I expect my finished product?
Depending on the editing process, we hope to have it completed by the end of September.

I'm also writing my own book - will this be detrimental?
Absolutely not. Exposure is great, and the more you have in print, whether online or off, the greater your credibility. Due to the lengthy process of traditional publishing, and self publishing, this book can be 'out there' many months and even years earlier.

I'm already a published author, would this still benefit me?
Again, absolutely. You can never gain too much exposure or have too much in print. Having more digital products to offer as free gifts or bonus downloads can dramatically improve your business and have more to offer your clients, as well as growing your list.

Does it matter if I'm just a housewife with no business?
No. Absolutely not. If you have a story to tell, or a message to share that will affect other readers in a positive way, then we would love to have your contribution.

Is this book a giveaway?
Yes. We recommend this book as a giveaway or bonus product for you to use to entice subscribers to your site. If you already have your own product, this book will make a wonderful bonus to be packaged with other offers.

Is there a limit to how many I can give away?
Absolutely not. Being digital, the life of the book is eternal. Continue to give it away as demand requires.

What does my $100 contribution fee cover?
This small charge will go towards the costs involved in compiling the book - editing, typesetting, cover artwork, converting etc.

Who owns the copyright to the book?
Whilst FBF Media will own the copyright to the actual book, YOU as the contributor retain full copyright for your own story which can be used wherever and whenever you wish. You can use it as an article, expand on it to write a complete book, record it for a bonus mp3 audio. Whatever you want - it's YOURS.

What if I change my mind?
We hope that once you have paid your $100 $50 inclusion fee, that you will be excited about your contribution and carry through with your commitment. If you haven't yet submitted your story, and you are within two weeks from the deadline date, we will refund $50. However, once your story has been submitted, there will be no refund given.

I'm not a good writer - can I still take part?
Even if you think you're not a good writer, we have a wonderful editor. If you want to be an author, together, we can make it happen.

What if my contribution is not good enough for the book?
Now, there's a limiting belief! If for any reason we do not accept your story (at the sole discretion of FBF Media) then we will refund 100% of your money - no questions asked. So you have nothing to lose!

Can I claim the costs as a tax deduction?
Whilst we are not tax advisors, you are best to seek the advice of a tax professional. However, as this book will be a business tool, business owners should be able to deduct the cost as a business expense.
