Our inaugural Fabulous Beyond Forty - Women Connect Community event was held at the Hills Lodge, Windsor Road, Castle Hill, NSW on June 14th, 2008 at 2pm. And what an amazing time was had by all.

These Women Connect events will be taken across Australia over the coming months, so keep a look out for an event to come near you.

This home for Women 40 yrs Plus and total wellness for women site with nutrition and anti ageing tips galore is a work in progress, with new rooms being added all the time(sometimes we have to wait for the electrician or plumber to come). So I urge you to come back regularly to sit at my kitchen table and check out all the new material that will be posted in the coming days and weeks.

How about we get ready to leave the kitchen, do a work out, soak in a spa, pamper our bodies with all the gooiest stuff, get dressed up, don the make up and go out on the town? All of us women 40 yrs plus !!
