Thank you Jenny for reminding me of the plethora of choices that I have available to me in every moment.
I'm not fixed in this space. I am dynamic. I can choose to create my life with passion exuberance and ease. It is all up to me.
As I read your article I have a light bulb moment of relief...By letting go of the constraints of my past conditioning, many new and exciting, deicious and delightful possibilities open to me.
Rather than perceiving change as something to be feared, resisted or managed (my past conditioning)you help me see change as being normal, natural and healthy: promoting life vitality and aliveness. This way of thinking invites a big breath of relief from me and a high five from my deep long lost inner child.
So with this new found awareness of embracing change and living in step with my natural enthusiasm I enter this day with a full body splash.

Thank you so much for your delightful words of wisdom.
If we are to get anywhere in life, especially to move forward, we must have passion. Passion inside us to drive us in the right direction. The importance is not really on the destination, but that we enjoy the ride.
Life as we know it now is far too short to be held back with insecurities, negative emotions and limiting beliefs. Let them all go, and just have fun. Enjoy what you do and do it with passion.
As I always say, "Where there's a will, there's a way", so discover what it is that drives you, and do it with passion.
